Found blue and black rucksack with several zippered compartments and a water bottle holder along the riverbanks in Shreveport.

I found this blue and black rucksack while walking along the riverbanks in Shreveport last Saturday. It appears to have been there for a while as it was slightly muddy. It has several zippered compartments and a small water bottle holder on the side. Inside, there are some scraps of paper, a granola bar, and a yellow rain poncho.
