It's a sturdy, medium-sized bag with neon orange zipper pulls and a small tear at the bottom corner. There’s a blue bicycle sticker on the front pocket and a yellow star patch on the side pouch. I didn’t peek inside, but I can meet somewhere convenient for the owner to verify ownership and hand it over.
