Silver heart pendant necklace with pink flower

I found a silver-tone necklace this afternoon around 4:15pm near the Safeway on White Mountain Road in Show Low, by the Deuce of Clubs area. It’s a delicate 18-inch chain with a heart pendant. On the back of the heart there’s a tiny 'M' engraving and a small pink enamel flower near the bail. The piece looks to be in decent condition but there are a few hairline scratches from wear. It felt like something sentimental; I’d love to get it back to the owner if this sounds familiar.
