Silver pendant necklace with sapphire bead

I lost my silver pendant necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Scottsbluff Public Library on 18th Street. It's a sterling silver chain, about 18 inches long, with a small heart pendant that holds a tiny blue sapphire bead. The back is engraved with the initials 'AP', and the clasp has a small scratch from years of wear. It was a gift from my mom and means a lot to me—sentimental value I’m really hoping to recover.
