Grey canvas tote bag with red zipper

I found a grey canvas tote bag this afternoon around 3:15pm behind the Crow's Nest Cafe on Broadway in Scottsbluff, in the Panhandle region. It's a medium-sized bag, about 14 inches wide and 11 inches tall, with a bright red zipper and two inner pockets. Inside there's a black charging cable, a small spiral notebook with a sunflower sticker on the cover, and a folded navy sweater in a clear pouch. A couple of distinguishing bits: the red zipper pulls are a bit worn, and there's a faded 'Nebraska' keychain clipped to the inside pocket.
