Found a soft blue twin-sized blanket in Central Park in Scottsbluff / Panhandle, Nebraska.

I found a soft blue twin-sized blanket in Central Park while I was walking my dog. It seems to be in good condition with no visible stains or tears. I remember seeing someone having a picnic nearby, so perhaps it belongs to them. I forgot to ask at the time, but I'm hoping to return it to its owner or find out if anyone is looking for it in the Scottsbluff / Panhandle area.
