Found felines in Savannah/Hinesville, GA

This morning at 7:15 a.m., I found two cats wandering near Fort Stewart's Gate 1 in Hinesville, not far from the Savannah line. One is a gray tabby with a faint white muzzle, the other a fluffy orange calico with bright green eyes. They looked tired but curious, and they followed me to a quiet patch by the Oglethorpe Highway while I checked for chips and tried to read their tags in the early light. Found: photographs in Savannah

On Saturday afternoon, around 3:04 PM, I found a small stack of photographs lying on the sidewalk near Forsyth Park, not far from the courthouse. The envelopes are worn, and one has a torn label reading 'Harris Family' in faded ink. The pictures show smiling faces at Tybee Island and a porch with a rocking chair, all dated from the 1980s. Found coins along Savannah's City Market by the river

I was wandering through Savannah's City Market area at about 4:22 p.m. last Saturday when I spotted a small pouch of coins spilled near a bench by the Forsyth Park-facing corner. There’s a mix of pennies, dimes, a couple of older quarters, and a foreign coin dated 1994. It looked like someone had been counting change for a quick snack and forgot it. I gathered them up and placed them here, hoping the owner will recognize the exact spot and the mix of coins.

Found: Sheet Music in Savannah / Hinesville, Georgia, United States

While walking around Forsyth Park this morning at about 9:42 a.m., I found a folder of sheet music left on a bench near the Whitaker Street gate. Inside, pages are creased and there are pencil notes and scribbles that tell me someone was practicing, maybe for a class or a gig. Bearded dragon found near Oglethorpe Mall

I found a bearded dragon this afternoon around 2:30pm outside the parking lot behind the Oglethorpe Mall on Waters Avenue in Savannah. It's about 12 inches long, with a lime-green body, an orange beard, and a few white speckles along its back. It lives in a small glass terrarium with a blue heat lamp and a shallow water dish; there’s a tiny red identification sticker on the terrarium's lid that's easy to spot. The dragon looks well fed but a bit stressed, like it's lost and just wants to find its owner.
