Mid-century teak coffee table with glass insert
I lost my vintage Lane mid-century teak coffee table yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Main Street in downtown Sarasota. It's about 4 feet long, 18 inches tall, with a warm honey finish and a glass insert on the top, plus a lower shelf for magazines. The piece is in good condition overall, but the glass insert has a small chip on the front edge and there's a tiny circular burn mark on the underside of the lower shelf, which are pretty distinctive. It was a gift from my grandmother and has sentimental value, so I'm really hoping someone local might have seen it or picked it up. If you found it, please reach out and I can pick it up or arrange delivery in the Sarasota-Bradenton area.
Found a pair of black custom-fitted reading glasses with curved frames at a coffee shop near Sarasota-Bradenton Airport.
I found a pair of black reading glasses with a slight curvature in the frames at a coffee shop near the Sarasota-Bradenton airport. They were left on a table by the window last Thursday afternoon. They could be quite valuable to their owner, as they seem to be custom-fitted.
Ray-Ban Erika tortoise glasses, lost near St. Armands Circle
I was wearing my Ray-Ban Erika tortoise-shell glasses yesterday around 3pm and they slipped off during a quick walk near the St. Armands Circle fountain and the benches by the parking garage in the Sarasota-Bradenton area. They’re full-rim acetate, tortoise frame with gold hinges, prescription lenses, and a small scratch on the bottom left lens. There’s also an engraving on the inside of the right temple: 'J.P.' plus a tiny blue star near the hinge. They mean a lot to me because they were a gift from my grandmother and I really need them back to see clearly and drive safely. If anyone found them, please message me—I’d be forever grateful!
Black tortoiseshell Ray-Ban Wayfarer glasses
I lost my black tortoiseshell Ray-Ban Wayfarer glasses yesterday around 3pm outside The Ringling on Bayfront Drive in Sarasota. They're the classic rectangular shape in black tortoiseshell acetate, with slightly scratched lenses and a tiny chip on the bottom left corner of the frame. The inside of the right temple has my initials 'P.P.' etched, which is a dead giveaway if found. They were in a worn gray faux-leather case with a red lining. I really need them back - they were a gift from my grandfather and I’m anxious without them.
