I lost my holiday decorations last Friday around 7:15 PM near St. Armands Circle in Sarasota-Bradenton. They were in a gray tote with a few strands of warm-white lights, a fake evergreen garland, and a pinecone wreath. The tote slipped from the bench where I paused to tie my shoes outside the storefronts, and a gust of wind sent it rolling toward the nearby parking lot by a small cafe. I keep thinking someone might have picked it up and saved it for me; these pieces carry memories of Christmases with my grandparents.
