Blue US passport near Selby Public Library

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3:15pm near the Selby Public Library on Main Street in downtown Sarasota. It's the navy-blue cover with the gold seal, and there's a tiny water stain on the back from a spill last week. It was inside a black leather passport holder with a small compass charm hanging from the zipper pull. I really need it back because I'm traveling next week and it's my only travel document.
