Tan Michael Kors tote with pink polka-dot lining

I lost my tan Michael Kors tote yesterday around 3pm outside the Target at the Santa Maria Town Center on East Main Street. It's a medium-sized, pebbled leather tote with gold hardware and the MK logo on the front; the cream lining has pink polka dots. There's a small coffee stain on the bottom corner and one strap has a tiny fray near the buckle. Inside I had my wallet, a photo of my daughter, and a little notebook with my grandmother's handwriting—these items are sentimental, and I'm really hoping to get it back.
