Found large blue umbrella with floral pattern in Santa Maria Mall parking lot.

I found a large blue umbrella with a floral pattern in the parking lot of the Santa Maria Mall on October 10th. It seems to be in good condition, but there’s no identification or mark on it. It might belong to someone who came in for shopping.
