I found a red compact umbrella this afternoon around 2:15pm outside Trader Joe's on State Street in Santa Barbara. It's a small, collapsible umbrella with a black handle and a bright red canopy that’s in decent condition, though the tip is a tad worn. There’s a tiny white star sticker on the canopy and a faint coffee ring on the fabric from yesterday—easy to spot among other items.
