Missing teen Mia Chen, 16, Santa Barbara

I lost my sister, Mia Chen, 16, with long black hair. She was last seen yesterday around 6:30pm near the Santa Barbara Public Library on Anapamu Street, heading toward State Street. She's 5'6", slim build, and wears a bright pink zip-up hoodie, a gray tee, dark blue jeans, and white sneakers. She carries a light-pink backpack with a dragon patch, and there is a small star tattoo on her left wrist that can help identify her.
