Lost blue and white mountain bike with white handlebar grips and a small scratch at East Beach bike racks.

I lost my blue and white mountain bike while I was at East Beach in Santa Barbara yesterday. I accidentally left it near the bike racks when I went for a quick swim, and when I returned, it was gone. It has distinctive white handlebar grips and a small scratch on the frame from a previous fall. I would really appreciate any help in finding it!
