Blue U.S. passport in black sleeve

I lost my blue U.S. passport yesterday around 3pm near the Santa Barbara Public Library on East Anapamu Street. It's tucked inside a slim black leather sleeve with a tiny red library-card sticker stuck on the outside, and the bottom-right corner of the passport is creased from travel. This passport means a lot to me—it's crucial for an upcoming family visit and I just renewed it last year, so I'm really hoping to find it.
