14k gold ring with emerald centerpiece

I lost a 14k yellow gold ring with an emerald centerpiece yesterday around 3pm outside the Starbucks on State Street in Santa Barbara, near Ortega. It's a size 6 1/2 from Luna Atelier, with a delicate filigree band and a tiny engraving 'A.R.' on the inner side. The emerald is a deep green and the band has a few light scratches from daily wear. This ring is a family heirloom and has sentimental value—really hoping to have it back.
