I found a black leather briefcase this afternoon around 2:15pm in the parking lot behind the San Luis Obispo Public Library on Palm Street. It's a 15-inch Samsonite executive briefcase with a worn bottom corner and a small coffee stain on the front panel. The interior lining is tan, and there's a blue fabric laptop sleeve tucked inside along with a metal nameplate engraved 'J.R.' on the inside pocket. There are a few loose papers and a receipt for a cafe, and the overall condition is solid with just a couple of scuffs.
