Found bright blue rucksack with 'Adventure Awaits' patch and personal items on a bench in Balboa Park.

I found a bright blue rucksack sitting on a bench in Balboa Park yesterday around 3 PM. It looks fairly new and has a few patches on it, including a small one that says 'Adventure Awaits'. Inside, there are some notebooks, a water bottle, and a pair of sunglasses. I want to return it to its owner, as it seems like it could be pretty important to them.
