I lost my antique brass compass yesterday around 3pm near Fort Concho and the River Walk along E. 7th Street. It's a pocket-sized piece, about 2 inches long, with a black leather case and a red velvet lining when opened. There’s a small dent on the brass rim and an engraved maker’s mark on the back that reads 'J. Clarke & Co. 1899,' plus a tiny scratch across the compass rose. It has serious sentimental value—it was a gift from my grandfather, something I always carry for luck. If anyone found it, I’d be forever grateful to get it back!
