I found a black 8-inch tablet in a bright blue silicone case (Miscellaneous Electronics) this afternoon around 4:15pm in the parking lot behind the Salina Public Library on 2nd Street. On the back there's a small white sticker with the initials 'AR' and a faint coffee smudge near the charging port. The screen has a hairline crack along the top edge and the case is a little scuffed, but the device powers on. No charger was with it, just the tablet in the blue case.
