Sterling silver moon pendant necklace with initials

I lost my sterling silver moon pendant necklace yesterday around 3pm near the Saginaw Riverfront Park entrance on Court Street. It's an 18-inch delicate chain with a small crescent moon pendant; on the back my initials 'A.J.' are lightly scratched, and there's a tiny nick on the edge where it brushed my jacket. The chain looks slightly tarnished but still gleams in light. This necklace is sentimental — it was a gift from my grandmother — and I really need to get it back.
