Lost gray windbreaker with a small tear on the left pocket and hidden inside pocket near Roseburg park.

I lost my favorite gray windbreaker while walking my dog near the Roseburg park last Tuesday. It has a small tear on the left pocket and a hidden pocket inside. I really hope someone finds it because it holds a lot of memories for me!
