Found a black leather travel wallet with travel documents near the parking lot of Rockford Mall.

I found a black leather travel wallet near the parking lot of Rockford Mall yesterday. It looks quite new and has several compartments for cards and cash. There are no distinguishing marks that indicate the owner's name, but I found some travel documents inside.
