I found this navy North Face parka this afternoon around 4:15pm right outside the Rochester Public Library on East Ave. It's a men's medium, in pretty good condition with a couple wear marks on the cuffs and a faint coffee stain near the hem. It features a removable faux-fur hood, a bright orange zipper, and a stitched patch with the initials 'A.R.' on the left sleeve—easy to spot if you saw it before.
