I found a blue budgie this afternoon around 2:45pm on the wooded path behind the Highland Park Conservatory. It's a small parakeet, about 6-7 inches from beak to tail, with a bright blue body and a yellow head, plus a distinctive white patch on its right wing. It seemed friendly and hungry, and it let me coax it closer with some seeds. If this looks like your bird, message me and we can meet up near the conservatory so you can claim it.
