Lost hand-painted ceramic vase with vibrant blue and yellow floral patterns near Highland Park, Rochester.

I lost a beautiful hand-painted ceramic vase while walking my dog near Highland Park in Rochester last weekend. It's quite distinctive with vibrant blue and yellow floral patterns and about 12 inches tall. I was so upset when I got home and realized it was missing; it was a family heirloom and holds a lot of sentimental value.
