Navy North Face parka with faux fur hood

I lost my navy blue North Face parka with a faux fur hood yesterday around 3pm near the Starbucks on Cary Street in the Fan District, Richmond. It's a size L with two zip pockets, a small tear at the left cuff, and a faint white paint speck on the zipper pull.
