Gray cockatiel with yellow crest, orange cheeks

I lost my gray cockatiel yesterday around 3pm near the Providence Public Library on Empire Street, in Rhode Island. He's palm-sized and tame, with a bright yellow crest and orange cheek patches, and he wears a blue plastic leg band with the numbers 4822. One tail feather sticks up a bit, which helps me spot him if he's in a tree or on a fence. This bird is named Sunny and has sentimental value—it was a gift from my sister, and I really need him back.
