Found two parrots in Reading, PA

I was heading back from a late shift near the GoggleWorks Center for the Arts at 6:15 PM last Friday when I spotted two parrots wandering along the sidewalk. One is a bright emerald green with a yellow chest, the other has a blue tail and a hint of orange near the beak. They seemed calm but a bit lost, hopping between bike racks and storefront signs while calling softly.
