Black velvet gown with emerald waist brooch

I lost my black velvet gown yesterday around 3pm near the Arkansas Riverwalk along Union Avenue in Pueblo. It's a floor-length evening gown, size Small, from Jubilant Couture. The dress is in good condition overall, but there's a tiny tear on the inner lining near the zipper and a faint satin sheen that catches the light. The emerald brooch at the waist is a standout feature that makes the dress pop in photos. It was a gift from my grandmother, so it means a lot to me and I’m really hoping to get it back.
