Black leather briefcase with orange tag

I lost my black leather Samsonite briefcase yesterday around 3pm near the Prescott Public Library on Gurley Street. It's slim, about 15 inches long, with brass hardware and a small zippered front pocket, and there's an orange luggage tag on the handle that says 'Property of Priya.' Inside there's a gray lining, a laptop sleeve, a few documents, and a silver USB drive engraved with my initials 'PP.' There’s a tiny dent on the bottom-right corner that stands out, and it also holds a photo of my grandmother, so it has sentimental value. I really need it back.
