Navy blue Osprey backpack with paw-print patch

I was at the Potsdam Public Library on Park Street yesterday around 3pm when it slipped off my shoulder. It's a navy blue Osprey backpack, about 18 inches tall, with a neon green carabiner clipped to the zipper and a small paw-print patch on the front pocket. Inside there's a 15-inch laptop sleeve, a stack of lecture notes, and a hoodie with a coffee stain peeking out. It has sentimental value because it was a gift from my sister, and I really need it back to finish my semester and keep my materials safe.
