I lost a blue collar with a silver tag for my small terrier while walking in the park near Potsdam-Canton-Massena. It has a unique paw print design, and my dog's name, 'Bobby', is engraved on the tag. I was so distracted by him chasing after a squirrel that I didn't realize it had slipped off.
