Lost friendly orange tabby cat named Whiskers with green eyes and white chest patch near the waterfront in downtown Portland.

My cat, Whiskers, went missing yesterday afternoon while I was out for a walk near the waterfront in downtown Portland. He is a friendly orange tabby with green eyes and a little white patch on his chest. I’ve checked all around the area and called his name but haven’t seen him anywhere. Please let me know if you spot him!
