Found ID cards with photo in Portland

I found an ID card this afternoon around 2:15pm outside the entrance to Pioneer Place on SW 5th Ave in downtown Portland. It’s a blue laminated badge about the size of a credit card, with a small photo in the top left and a bright blue retractable lanyard attached. The back shows a barcode and a coffee stain along the lower edge. The name on the card reads 'Jordan Lee' with a department title beneath it.
