Found a vibrant green parakeet with a leg band at Director Park in downtown Portland.

I found a vibrant green parakeet perched on a bench at Director Park in downtown Portland. It seems friendly and doesn't appear to be wild, as it chirps happily when approached. It has a small band on its leg. If this is your bird, please reach out!
