Lost simple silver engagement ring with small diamonds on each side in the Plattsburgh-Adirondacks area.

I lost my silver engagement ring while hiking in the Plattsburgh-Adirondacks area last weekend. I remember taking it off to apply some sunscreen and I must have dropped it without realizing. It's a simple yet elegant design with a small diamond on each side of the main stone. I really hope someone finds it as it means a lot to me!
