Found a small green tree frog near a pond in the Plattsburgh-Adirondacks region.

I found a small green tree frog hopping around the edge of a pond while walking my dog in the Plattsburgh-Adirondacks region. It seems to be in good health, but I want to make sure it's returned to its owner if it's missed. If you think this frog is yours, please let me know what unique markings or traits it has to verify.
