Silver ring with sapphire and heart engraving

I lost my silver ring yesterday around 3pm near the Capitol Building on Capitol Ave in downtown Pierre. It's a thin sterling silver band, about size 6.5, with a small bezel-set sapphire on the top. On the inside there’s a delicate heart engraving and the initials 'L.K.' etched just beneath it. The ring is slightly bent from wear and has huge sentimental value—it's a keepsake from my grandmother.
