I found a mid-century style coffee table this afternoon around 2:15pm in the alley behind a cafe on Capitol Avenue, near the Missouri Riverfront in downtown Pierre. It's a solid wood piece, about 4 feet long and 18 inches wide, with a dark walnut finish and a few intentional distressed scratches that give it character. The top has a small circular water stain on the right corner, and there's a brass nailhead trim along the edges. Underneath, I spotted initials carved lightly: 'G.T.' on the bottom shelf.
