Blue US passport with gold emblem, missing

I lost my blue US passport yesterday around 3pm near the Phoenix Public Library on East Washington Street in downtown Phoenix. The cover is the standard dark blue with the gold seal, and there's a small crease on the bottom-right corner plus a tiny phoenix sticker I stuck on page 2. It's got sentimental value because it was my only travel document for a trip I was planning next month, and I really need it back.
