Black Ludwig snare drum with blue sticker

I found a black Ludwig snare drum this afternoon around 2:15 p.m. on the sidewalk outside the Kimmel Center for the Performing Arts on Broad Street, Philadelphia. It's a 14-inch snare with chrome hardware, a slightly dented rim, and a blue circular sticker with a tiny anchor on the shell. The head is a little scuffed and there's a thin scratch along the edge, but overall it's in decent shape and clearly well loved. It looks like it belonged to a student band or a local drummer who practices in the parks. If this is yours, shoot me a note and we’ll figure it out.
