I found this red puffer jacket this afternoon around 3:05pm in the parking lot behind the Peoria Riverfront Park entrance off Adams Street. It's a Columbia-brand red puffer, size M, in decent condition with a small snag at the left cuff and a distinctive blue patch stitched on the right sleeve. Inside the pocket there's a white name tag that reads 'Alex Rivera'—could be the owner, maybe this helps someone identify it. The jacket looks pretty loved but still warm and cozy, and I’d love to see the owner get it back. If you’re missing it, drop me a message and we can meet up near the park to arrange a pickup.
