I found a plastic, slightly worn ID card this morning around 10am, right outside the Peoria Public Library on Main Street. The badge has a photo and the name Elena Rivera printed across the top with 'Community Programs' underneath. It’s on a blue lanyard, and there’s a small green sticker in the corner that says 'Volunteer.' The edges are a bit scuffed and there’s a faint coffee stain on the back. This badge must matter to someone—if Elena or the library staff see this, I’d like to get it back to its owner so they can keep their access and feel at ease.
