Blue reflective dog harness with name tag

I was out walking my rescue dog Nova yesterday around 5pm and somehow dropped her blue reflective harness near the Riverfront Park fountain on Water Street in downtown Peoria. It's a medium nylon harness with a quick-release buckle, a neon orange handle, and a tiny paw-print embroidery on the strap. The name tag on the buckle reads 'Nova' and it has sentimental value—my sister gave it to us before she moved away.
