Navy blue quilt with white piping

I lost my navy blue quilt with white piping yesterday around 6pm near Riverside Park by 2nd Street in downtown Parkersburg. It's a queen-size cotton quilt, double-sided—navy on one side and lighter blue striped on the other. There’s a small coffee stain along the top edge and a tiny embroidery of my initials 'PJP' in the lower-right corner. It has sentimental value—my grandmother gave it to me before I started college, and I’ve slept with it every winter since. If you found it, please ping me here; I really need it back.
