Gold-tone bracelet with turquoise bead, found downtown Parkersburg

I found this bracelet this afternoon around 3:15pm along the riverfront walkway near the Parkersburg Public Library on Market Street. It's a gold-tone bracelet with a small turquoise bead and a tiny heart charm that dangles from the clasp. The clasp is a little stiff, and there's a faint scratch on the inner side where the metal has worn. It looks well-made but shows signs of wear, probably from daily use.
