I found this navy blue duvet cover this afternoon around 2:30pm outside the Biomuseo along the Cinta Costera in Panama City. It's a queen-size cotton cover with crisp white piping along the edges, and it's in great condition with no rips or stains. In the bottom-right corner there's a small monogram 'MR' in white thread—an easy way to identify it. It smells clean and new, like it hasn't seen a wash yet. If this belongs to someone, I hope you can reclaim it; I can meet near Biomuseo or Albrook Mall to return it.
