Found navy Barbour parka near Broad Street, Oxford

I found a navy Barbour-style parka this morning around 9:15am outside Blackwell's on Broad Street, Oxford. It's a medium size, waxed navy fabric with a brass zip and a faux fur hood, and the interior has a distinctive red tartan lining. One identifying feature is the brass fox-head zipper pull on the left chest pocket and a small orange tag near the bottom hem.
